The purpose of this drug for bodybuilders, athletes, and powerlifters is to control estrogen levels while on cycle. Steroids like Testosterone, Deca, Dbol, And Anadrol all cause estrogen levels to increase. Which causes an bunch of side effects like bloating, ance, and gyno. Using Letrozole will ensure estrogen levels to go back to normal.

Studies have shown that Letrozole of 2.5mg decreases estrogen in the body by 60%. Ideally, take Letrozole one day after your Testosterone injection as that is when the Testosterone peaks. For mild cycles, 1.25mg twice an week should be enough. But, for Heavy cycles aka one gram of steroids an week, you may need 2.5mg 2-4x an week. This anti estrogen will be used for the whole cycle.

Finding the perfect amount of Letrozole for your cycle is super important as too much Letrozole will destroy your estrogens levels. You will feel horrible if you take too much, and if you take too little, you notice ance, bloating, gyno, high blood pressure, and quite an few other things.
